As part of the project “Youth and Women as Ambassadors of Sustainable Tourism in Karakalpakstan” participants successfully completed the third and final day of the seminar-training.

Together with the trainer, participants explored the fundamentals of leadership and advocacy, learned how to effectively promote their projects, build communication with target audiences, and apply modern tools for implementing community initiatives.  The practical sessions were particularly engaging, with participants working in teams, discussing ideas, developing their own projects, and presenting them to their peers. The seminar atmosphere was filled with lively discussions, new ideas, and inspiration.

At the closing ceremony, M. Kosnazarov, Director of DMO Karakalpakstan, presented certificates to all participants and thanked them for their active participation, initiative and commitment to promoting sustainable tourism in Karakalpakstan.

The knowledge and skills gained during the training will serve as a solid foundation for implementing new projects and advancing local initiatives.
