The third day of the training held within the framework of the project “Youth and Women as Ambassadors of Sustainable Tourism in Karakalpakstan” was dedicated to developing leadership skills, learning advocacy tools, and promoting local initiatives effectively.

During the sessions, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of advocacy, explored methods for promoting socially significant projects, and learned about modern marketing tools for engaging with target audiences. The trainer provided detailed insights into identifying the needs of beneficiaries, building effective communication strategies, and increasing the visibility of initiatives among local communities and stakeholders.

Particular interest was generated by the practical part of the training, during which participants worked on their own project ideas. Working in teams, they developed implementation plans, identified target groups, discussed promotion mechanisms, and presented their ideas to fellow participants. The activities were carried out in an active and inspiring atmosphere, demonstrating a high level of engagement and motivation among the participants.

The knowledge and practical skills gained during the training will help young people and women more effectively promote their initiatives, attract community support, and contribute to the sustainable development of Muynak and the wider Karakalpakstan region.
