Within the framework of the “QR Gastronomic Quality” project, implemented by the public association “DMO Karakalpakstan” on the basis of a social order from the Public Fund under the Oliy Majlis, survey research was conducted to assess the quality of tourist services provided by business entities operating in the public catering sector in the city of Samarkand.

Based on the survey results, best practices of Uzbekistan will be analyzed, and the possibilities of their implementation in the Republic of Karakalpakstan will be considered.
