Experts of the "QR Gastronomic Quality: Evaluating and Improving the Gastronomic Quality of Tourist Services to Increase the Attractiveness of Karakalpakstan" social order project, funded by the Public Fund for Supporting Civil Society Institutions under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, are conducting surveys among entrepreneurs - owners of catering facilities.

The purpose of this survey is to expertise the current level and quality of service in the cafes and restaurants of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, as well as to determine the potential and key growth points of gastronomic tourism in the region, including the service's compliance with tourists' expectations and the prospects for forming a competitive gastronomic product.

Based on the survey results, a comprehensive analysis will be conducted, and experts will develop proposals to improve the quality of service and service in cafes and restaurants aimed at developing gastronomic tourism in the region.
