A two-day training seminar for beneficiaries of FSTP and ABCD grants, implemented with the financial support of the European Union and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation under the project “Strengthening Civil Society Capacities for Inclusive Social Development in Uzbekistan”, was held in Tashkent.
The seminar served as an important platform for grant beneficiaries, particularly at the final stage of project implementation. Participants discussed the preparation of reports in accordance with donor requirements, shared their experiences, and received practical recommendations from experts.
Representatives of NGOs from different regions of Uzbekistan gathered on one platform. Participants had the opportunity to share their experiences, discuss work-related issues, and learn about approaches that can be applied in their future activities.
Special attention during the seminar was given to effective project management, monitoring, preparation of narrative and financial reports, communication, as well as EU requirements regarding project transparency and visibility.
The seminar was attended by representatives of DMO Karakalpakstan - Project Coordinator B. Kutlymuratov and Finance ManagerD. Jumamuratova.
They presented the project “Youth and Women as Ambassadors of Sustainable Tourism in Karakalpakstan” highlighting its key areas, implemented activities, and achieved results.
The interactive format of the seminar provided an opportunity not only to gain new knowledge but also to openly exchange practical experience, discuss emerging challenges and develop new ideas for future work.
