The National Cuisine Exhibition, organized as part of the "QR Gastronomic Quality – 2026" Festival, became one of the festival's most vibrant and popular attractions.

The exhibition featured not only Karakalpak and Uzbek cuisine but also the traditional cuisines of the Kazakh, Turkmen, Russian, Ukrainian, Korean, and other ethnic communities living in peace and harmony in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Participants introduced visitors to their culinary traditions, signature dishes, and rich cultural heritage, creating a truly international atmosphere throughout the festival.

During the festival, the exhibition welcomed more than 800 visitors, including over 40 international tourists. Guests had the opportunity to taste a wide variety of traditional dishes, learn about their history, cooking methods, and the cultural traditions behind each cuisine.

International visitors highly praised the festival, noting that Karakalpakstan impressed them not only with its unique national cuisine but also with its warm hospitality and the harmonious coexistence of diverse cultures and ethnic communities.

Another major attraction of the festival was the exhibition of locally grown melons and watermelons. Their exceptional aroma, natural sweetness, and outstanding flavor delighted both local residents and international visitors.

"The melons and watermelons we tasted here are the most delicious we have ever had. If this gastronomic festival is held again, we will definitely come back!" shared several international guests.

As part of the festival, a professional jury evaluated the exhibitions presented by the national cultural centers and selected the winners of the competition:

 3rd Place – Korean National Cultural Center

The winners were awarded diplomas, commemorative gifts, and cash prizes.

The exhibition, organized within the framework of the "QR Gastronomic Quality" project, once again demonstrated that gastronomy is far more than delicious food and culinary traditions - it is a powerful bridge that brings together people of different cultures, ethnic backgrounds, and traditions.

The "QR Gastronomic Quality – 2026" Festival became an important international platform showcasing the rich gastronomic heritage of Karakalpakstan, strengthening intercultural friendship, celebrating cultural diversity and hospitality, and laying the foundation for a new tradition in the development of gastronomic tourism in the region.
