«The Future of Tourism: Uniting Efforts for Industry Development»

From March 10 to 14, the public association «DMO Karakalpakstan», in collaboration with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), held a seminar-training titled «Symphony of Perspectives: Uniting Government and Private Sector Approaches in Tourism».

The training brought together representatives of private businesses in the tourism sector (hotel owners, food service establishments, transport companies, artisans), public organizations, and motivated youth.

During the event, young participants had the opportunity to engage directly with experienced professionals, discuss current issues and challenges faced by the private sector in tourism, exchange experiences, and establish valuable connections.

Participants gained deeper insights into tourism development through state-business cooperation. Moreover, they had the chance to apply their knowledge in practice, working in groups to develop their own projects.
